Logo overview

Gap Logo

My feeling on the redesign of the Gap logo is simply this they tried and it didn’t work but who can really blame a company for trying to renew there product image when their failing to be successful. If your losing profits the by all means do something drastic. The consumer fallback has put a stop to this but I will it was a good try.

As for the design element of the new logo they’re taking one of the older logos around in the consumer world. The basic elements are the same with the exception on they changed the font to Helvetica. Which is now know as the most modern and readable font around.
